We represent local and offshore banks and financial institutions, trade creditors, and contractors in enforcing claims against public and private debtors, and in prosecuting intransigent debtors through legal channels wherever they or their assets can be found. We are also experienced in credit and enforcement investigations.

Foreign Law
Our international associated firms and their network of affiliate international law firms advise clients on the capability and interaction of the laws of the United States, the Gulf States, Europe and the European community and Asia. LFOD has particular expertise in the emerging regulatory framework of the Gulf Cooperation Council («GCC») including export / import, tariff, procurement and investment regulations.
